Danes + Divas® products are designed, manufactured and dispatch from British Columbia, Canada. All products, unless otherwise noted within the product details, are made to order from start-to-finish in our studio. 

NEW ORDERING WINDOWS, PRODUCTION SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING TIMES 

WHAT ARE ORDERING WINDOWS? 

In an effort to keep our studio operational and team safe during these unprecedented times, we’ve moved from a dally production schedule to a new, alternating schedule for made-to-order items. 
We sincerely thank you for bearing with us during these unusual times! 

WHEN CAN I PURCHASE MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS?   

Select size and style combos are made to order only. To purchase any of our made-to-order items (while quantities last), you will need to place your order between the 1st and the 15th of each month. After that point, our production kicks off and we won’t able able to accept any new orders until be the following month due to our limited production capacity. 

 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS These orders dispatch on or before the last day of each month in a first order in, first order out fashion. 
IN-STOCK ITEMS Unless purchased along with a tailor-made item, these orders will dispatch within 3-5 business days.
CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS Custom designs aren’t available at this time but we hope you find something that speaks to your pup’s personality within our capsule collection catalogue ffilled with preppy and bespoke essentials as well as occasional wear.

These fees will be charged at the discretion of your country's border services agency and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/importer.
Please note that Danes & Divas is not responsible for these fees.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products at this time. 
As each item is cut, pressed, sewing and packaged to your uniquely specified selections and our current stock is limited, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Danes and Divas does not assume any responsibility for any duties, customs or brokerage fees that may incur with accepting your parcel internationally.
Danes and Divas does not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries that may occur during use with our products. Please use products responsibly. Never leave your dog tied-out with or while wearing our collars, leashes or harnesses. Never leave detachable accessories attached to collars or harnesses when pets are left unattended.
Collars affected by excessive scratching, chewing or tarnished hardware are not eligible for replacement. Any manufacturing defects must be presented with a photo. If eligible for replacement or repair, the item must be returned to Danes and Divas for inspection. Return potage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items returned without notice may not be accepted.

Parcels marked "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery attempts will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer. Any fees that incur with accepting returned mail will be billed to the buyer. Parcels will remain on hold until the buyer is able to submit payment for additional postage of a new shipment. 
After 60-days of inactivity, a refund will be issued minus the original postage amount. 

We do not offer refunds on lost shipments. 
If the shipping provider (postal company) cannot issue a reimbursement, we may provide a replacement minus 50% of the sale price, plus shipping at the buyer's expense.

These terms will be provided upon checkout and must be agreed upon before payment is able to submit.
