Shipping rates and delivery estimated are calculated at checkout based on Postal Code international region.

Danes + Divas® products are designed, crafted and ship from British Columbia, Canada.
Our items are tailor-made to your specifications unless otherwise noted within item descriptions. 

Production Time

Made-to-order Items:
Our tailor-made pieces are shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date the order was placed. 
Engraving:
Custom engraving requires up to 3 weeks for processing. 
Ready to Ship:
Ready-to-ship items (unless purchased along with a tailor-made item) dispatch within 2-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location.
Delivery to rural areas may take longer. 
Please note that delays may incur with orders that are processed or shipped during a statutory holiday. In this case, please expect an additional 2 business days until delivery. 
All international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections which may also cause a delay in delivery.
With international orders, your purchase may also be subject to customs and brokerage fees.
These fees may be charged at the discretion of your country's border services agency and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/importer. 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final
As each item is tailor-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Danes and Divas does not assume any responsibility for any duties, customs or brokerage fees that may incur with accepting your parcel internationally.
Danes and Divas does not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur during use with our products. Please use products responsibly. Never leave your dog tied-out with or while wearing our collars, leashes or harnesses. Never leave detachable accessories attached to collars or harnesses when pets are left unattended.
Collars affected by excessive scratching, chewing or tarnishes hardware are not eligible for replacement. Any manufacturing defects must be presented with a photo. If eligible for replacement or repair, the item must be returned to Danes and Divas for inspection. Return potage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items returned without notice will be returned to sender.
Parcels marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer. Any fees that incur with accepting a return of a defective product or returned mail will be billed to the buyer.
Regarding missing shipments, unless a refund or reimbursement from the postal company has been sent to us in lieu of a missing shipment, we do not offer refunds or replacements on lost shipments.
If the postal company determines that they cannot reimburse you, they will need to contact us to inform us this decision. As this is a rare occurrence, we will need to discuss the next steps with the buyer and shipping company to determine an appropriate resolution. 

These terms will be provided upon checkout and must be agreed upon before payment is able to submit.

RETURNS

As each item is tailor-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for made to order items, including all products unless otherwise specified.

Collars affected by excessive scratching, chewing or tarnishing of hardware from regular use are not eligible for replacement. Any suspected manufacturing defects must be presented within 90-days of purchase, accompanied by a photo of the defect and immediate discontinuation of use. If eligible for replacement or repair, the item must be returned to Danes and Divas for inspection. Return postage will be reimbursed in the form of a partial refund from the original purchase.

INCORRECT MAILING OR DELIVERIES MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER"

Parcels marked "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery attempts will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer. Any fees that incur with accepting returned mail will be billed to the buyer. Parcels will remain on hold until the buyer is able to submit payment for additional postage of a new shipment. 
After 60-days of inactivity, a refund will be issued minus the original postage amount. 

MISSING DELIVERIES

We do not offer refunds on lost shipments.
If the shipping provider (postal company) cannot issue a reimbursement, we may provide a replacement minus 50% of the sale price, plus shipping at the buyer's expense.
