Danes + Divas® products are designed, manufactured and dispatch from British Columbia, Canada.

All products unless noted otherwise are made to order from start-to-finish in our studio. 

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Made-to-order Items:
Tailor-made items dispatch within 1-2 weeks from the date orders are placed. 
Engraving:
Custom engraving is sent off-site (locally) and may add an additional week of processing. 
Ready to Ship:
Ready-to-ship items (unless purchased along with a tailor-made item) dispatch within 2-3 business days. 

HOLIDAY DELIVERY DEADLINE TO CANADA AND THE US: DEC 10th 

USA: 5-7 business days after dispatch
Canada: 7-10 business days after dispatch
Greater Vancouver: 2-3 business days after dispatch
UK/EU: 7-10 business days after dispatch
AU/NZ: 7-10 business days after dispatch

Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on postal code and region

Please note that delays may incur with orders that are processed or shipped during a statutory holiday. In this case, please expect an additional 2 business days until delivery. 
International deliveries shipping outside of Canada and the US are subject to VAT/Customs Fees and Taxes.
These fees will be charged at the discretion of your country's border services agency and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/importer. 
For fee estimates, it is advised that you speak with your country's border agency prior to ordering. 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final
As each item is custom tailor-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
